"I had always heard if ever lucky enough to drink really good coffee would never forget it. Turns out to be absolutely true. Got up very early ( still pitch dark ) brewed first pot, poured a cup, walked in to turn on weather and news, took the first sip, puzzlement. Turned around went back to the kitchen for better light to confirm I had coffee in the cup and that pot reflected a good brew. Was astounded at how smooth and tasty it was.
